Your tasks:
- Realization of the planning and contractual specifications of the projects in cooperation with the site management
- Cooperation with the project and site management as well as with planners, subcontractors and clients to clarify technical issues and offers
- Support in negotiations and the selection of construction partners
- Support in coordination and varification of plans
- Determining the quantities of various partial services on the basis of project plans
- Generating specifications and floating of tenders for (turnkey) construction projects
Your profile:
- Degree in structural engineering or comparable qualifications
- Professional and construction site experience preferred
- Commitment in the technical clarification of projects
- Ability to work in a team, quick thinking and an independent and committed working style
- Good knowledge of MS Office and the ability to work with numerical data including price lists

- independent organization and realization of complex construction projects in structural engineering, industrial and commercial construction considering technical and economic objectives
- Directing the construction process and monitoring the construction site results
- Target/actual comparisons and assessment of services
- Quality control of in-house and external services
- Staff deployment planning and management of employees in your range of responsibility
Your profile:
- Degree within the range of civil engineering (technical college/technical university), completed training as a civil engineer or comparable education
- Knowledge of MS Office as well as accounting and calculation programs
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as
- An independent, committed and responsible way of working
- Assertiveness, strong communication and negotiation skills along with a good team spirit
- Class B driving license is required

- Preparation of offers according to product specifications or functional construction specifications
- Verification of tender documents, bill of quantities and cost estimates

Your profile:
- Degree in structural engineering or comparable qualifications
- Several years of professional and construction site experience preferred-at best: experience in calculating

- Responsibility for requirements, orders, monitoring as well as delivery and return of materials
- Quality monitoring and implementation of occupational health and safety regulations
- Supporting the construction management in contact with clients and authorities, participating in construction meetings and keeping the construction diary
Your profile:
- Completed industrial-technical professional training and/or further training as a certified foreman, master craftsman or technician
- Good knowledge of MS Office and a class B driver’s license
- Technical expertise, in particular with regard to the implementation of information from construction plans or other construction-related documents

Your profile:
You are currently studying in the field of
construction engineering or architecture.
